Artwork
- Customers are responsible for their own artwork. Files must follow our specifications.
- Printdudez may reject files that do not meet requirements without prior notice.
Packing
- Standard packing included.
- Extra charges apply for special packing.
Payment
- Prices in SGD, GST excluded.
- Payment via PayPal.
- Full payment required upon order with proof of payment.
- Orders processed only after payment and artwork confirmation.
- Invoice will be emailed upon successful order.
Delivery
- Delivery address must be provided with order.
- Printdudez is not responsible for delays due to late/incorrect address submission.
- Deliveries are handled by our logistics partners, who are not authorized to act on behalf of Printdudez.
- Lead time starts after payment and artwork confirmation.
- Delivery days are working days only (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends & public holidays).
